Upper Volta - stamp Philexafrique 2 1979The philatelic exhibition Philexafrique 2 was held in Libreville, Gabon, in June 1979. The member countries of the Union Africaine des Postes et Télécommunications issued postage stamps in 1978 and 1979. The second series contained a stamp with the UPU emblem and the text "la communication reduit la distance" (communications reduces the distance).
